The ear is cleaned & infiltrated with local anesthesia
Extra skin on the inside edge of the split ear hole is trimmed
The skin on the front & back of the earlobe is approximated with fine sutures/skin glue
A small dressing is placed and asked to review after 1 week for suture removal.
