I was embarking on my professional journey in dermatology, dating to my postgraduate days in 2011. Fueling my passion, I ventured into establishing my dermatology centre, carving a niche in cosmetology, and pioneering hair transplant services. Our cosmetology clinic initiated a decade ago, has evolved dynamically, addressing diverse needs. Witnessing the gap in accessible cosmetic services, my vision extends beyond metropolitan boundaries.
While my roots are in a small village near Nellore, my commitment to affordable healthcare still transcends locations. Originating from humble beginnings, my academic prowess led me through government schools to Narayana Medical College. As I tread the path of dermatology, I aspire to bridge the service gap in remote cities, focusing on affordable hair transplant solutions for male and female pattern hair loss.

I share insights with my colleagues, fostering a collective growth mindset. Monthly reviews identify areas of improvement, ensuring we adapt swiftly to evolving practices. My wife, a supportive cosmetologist, plays a pivotal role in the administrative backdrop, reinforcing our endeavours. It’s a collaborative effort driven by a passion for staying informed and innovating in the dynamic landscape of dermatology and cosmetology.
According to you, what are the major challenges hindering people from making the right choices, and what are your suggestions?
Navigating the right choices in healthcare can be a challenge for many. In smaller towns, accessing information about suitable specialists is limited. Millions struggle to find the right person to address their concerns, often wandering without proper guidance. While internet resources aid in major cities, rural areas lack sufficient information. The key challenge lies in connecting individuals with the right professionals for satisfactory results.
What are the key milestones in your journey, and what’s your success mantra leading to consistently positive outcomes?
In my journey, pioneering Exilis body contouring services marked a significant milestone, initiated back in 2013. Conducting over 200 hair transplantation surgeries, we’ve been at the forefront of innovative practices. Equipping our clinic with cutting-edge devices for laser hair removal, body contouring, and addressing pigment disorders showcases our commitment to excellence. Stem cell hair transplants further emphasize our dedication to advanced techniques.
Our success mantra revolves around staying ahead with the latest equipment and providing comprehensive solutions. From groundbreaking practices in body contouring to incorporating state-of-the-art technology across all aspects, our journey is defined by innovation and a commitment to positive outcomes.
What is the future destination you are headed towards?
My future journey has dual paths. Firstly, I aspire to establish an institute, training a minimum of ten individuals annually in the latest techniques, fostering their growth. Secondly, we’re set to expand our clinical footprint, planning over 10 to 15 clinics by 2035 in tier- two cities. Bridging the gap, we aim to bring services, often exclusive to major cities, to the doorstep of citizens in smaller towns. The vision encompasses clinical expansion and empowering aspiring professionals, creating a ripple effect of knowledge and accessibility, ultimately transforming the landscape of dermatological and cosmetological services beyond metropolitan boundaries.
